PLANNING
In this stage, we evaluate you as a player using scouting reports, highlight videos, and even stats. Our staff will help develop a full rounded profile of yourself. After that, we will begin planning how CSA is the right fit for you.
STRATEGY
At this stage of the process, we want to begin building a solid foundation of who you are and what you can bring to your next opportunity. This is where the work from the previous step begins paying off as we look to place you in a position that is the best for your future. This is mostly done by aggressive marketing and 1 on 1 conversations with interested organizations.
RESULTS
At this stage, we aim to place you into your next opportunity and, from there, begin to see the results come in. This is where we focus on attaining new sponsorships, deals, bonuses and, most importantly, getting placed in a team (Should you be a free agent).
